ARROYO BUSINESS CENTER
Colliers and Kidder Matthews reached an agreement with BLM Capital Partners to assist in leasing the Arroyo Business Center. The two buildings are developed for medical companies. Both teams aimed to create an offering memorandum that highlights the center’s location and the buildings’ key features.
DELIVERY
The Arroyo Business Center logo features a series of hexagons, so I incorporated that polygonal element throughout the offering memorandum to create a cohesive design. I used a variety of photos to showcase both the exterior and interior features of the property. Deeper into the document, I included maps to highlight the proximity of medical businesses and popular destinations in Carlsbad.
