
TANTEO STANDOFF HYPE
CLIENT’S REQUEST:
Tanteo Spirits hosts an annual bartending competition in Guadalajara, Mexico, featuring a significant cash prize. Bartenders compete through several preliminary rounds before the top eight are selected to advance to the finals in Mexico. To generate excitement and encourage submissions, Tanteo commissioned a high-energy Instagram video promoting the competition and inviting bartenders to submit their signature Tanteo cocktail.
DELIVERY:
I began by selecting a music track that captured the high-energy vibe needed to engage viewers. I then edited footage from the previous year's competition, syncing quick cuts to the beat of the music. To enhance the impact, I layered in sound effects and audio clips from the original footage. The reel follows a clear structure—starting with the event kickoff, progressing through the three competition rounds, and concluding with a spotlight on last year’s winner.
